Cooperative Effort Forms
Below we show a variety of forms that will be useful as you get involved with Chimorel’s Cooperative Effort program.
Active Level Agreement
Together we will actively develop Chimorel’s Cooperative Effort Program. Chimorel’s intention is to enhance the lives of all who get involved. I will invest at least 10 hours each month to support others who will in turn support me. In the near future I will complete a Goal Setting interview, set at least one goal and take active steps to achieve my goal. I intend to become a member and pay the appropriate fee.
Chimorel will provide many opportunities. Chimorel will provide me with opportunities to grow my business or nonprofit organization and to enhance my life through Higher level activities and other Chimorel programs.
I will serve my new clients with integrity and competence. Each of us agrees to abide by the standards of integrity exemplified by the “Golden Rule” and amplified in the document “Uncommon Sense.” If there are complaints about my product or service, I will discuss them with Warren or another Coordinator and resolve the problem.
I authorize Chimorel to give my contact information to others who may contact me. This agreement may be terminated by either party as appropriate. If terminated a new written agreement may be completed to renew the relationship, providing I serve with integrity and competence.
You do not need to sign anything.
You do want to feel comfortable with the above agreement.
Your Active Participation means you agree.
Preliminary Market Analysis
for your review
At a minimum you need to answer the first four questions. When you are ready, go on to answer the next five questions, to determine ways you believe we can work together to build your business and to help others as well as, to develop your initial Action Plan.
The first four questions:
- My best prospect is (at least two)? Is not (at least one)?
- What is a brief description of my products/services (to post as a member)?
- What do I do now to attract new clients? Is it working?
- What would I like to try? (see Ways to Work Together below)
Additional Questions to ask yourself:
- What is unique / special about what I do?
- Who is my competition? What can I learn from my competition?
- What kind of referral sources do I want to develop? Do I already have?
- What could I do to develop my business that I’m not doing now?
- Who could support me as I develop my business? What could they do?

Goal Setter Form
You want to set at least one goal. As a genuinely Active participant we will support you to set, reality test and develop action steps for at least one goal. As you step up to Higher Levels of involvement, you can move on to set, reality test and develop action plans for additional goals. For each of the following five questions you will determine both Sales Volume and Net Income. Ask for a spreadsheet that makes your calculations automatically.
- How much do I make now? Sales Volume & Net Income
- Calculate 2xSales Volume & 125%xNet Income
- Calculate the Difference (#2-#1) for Sales Volume and Net Income
- My Average Client Generates Determine for Sales Volume and Net Income
- Calculate New Clients Needed (#3/ #4) for Sales Volume and Net Income
We suggest your goal should be to double your current sales volume, or increase your net income by 25%. This is in line with our goal for you as you get involved with Chimorel’s Cooperative Effort program. You could certainly increase this goal as you are ready. You can set, reality test and develop an action plan for more than one goal as you become genuinely Active. Once you are an Action Planner, you can ask for the above calculations in a spreadsheet format.

Starter or Finisher? Hare, Owl,
Turtle, Squirrel or Porcupine?
Starter: You have countless projects you never finish. Finisher: You find yourself constantly cleaning up something someone else started. Neither one of you should work alone. You need each others talents.
A Hare has lots of ideas, but like the Starter never gets around to putting the pieces together. An Owl is a strategist, designing, planning, seeing the big picture, a little weak on implementation. A Turtle is the naysayer, slowing things down, checking the details, testing reality, asking the tough questions. A Squirrel is a doer, busy, busy, making things happen. A Porcupine bristles with sharp points, some of which should be paid attention to if you want to avoid getting stuck. Know who you are, then build a positive Dream Team that includes the other talents.
The point is Don’t Work Alone. Include people who are what you are not. Your combined talents will far surpass what you could do all by yourself.
Action Step Questions
- Are you a starter or a finisher? A hare, owl, turtle, squirrel or porcupine?
- What habits hold you back? What new habits do you want? What is your three step action plan?
- What do you do now to build your business / organization? Is it working?
- Are you willing to help others in order to earn the right for them to help you?
- How often can you attend a Cooperative Effort meeting or an on-line discussion?

- Will you collect business cards for yourself and for Chimorel?
- How much do you know about developing lists? Identifying a target market?
- Do you prefer making calls? Visiting businesses? Networking? Giving/getting referrals?
- Will you obtain and study books that teach you marketing skills? Other business skills?
- Have you taken the time to understand a little about Chimorel?
- Would you like a Yabutt Negator? It is part of your Membership, if you ask for it.

- How many responsibilities do you have? Do they take you away from your primary goal?
- Would you like to learn more about high integrity / principle based selling?

- Are you willing to serve as a servant/leader within Chimorel? As a volunteer? As paid staff?
Habits
Bad Habits: Procrastination, sloppy paper work, failure to save, not returning timely phone calls, always late, fuzzy goals, unpaid bills, talking instead of listening, forgetting names, answering the phone during meals …
New Habits: Once you are clear about your bad habits, pick one to eliminate and replace it with a new habit that will help you become more productive, prosperous and happy.
Three Step Action Plan: Let’s immeditely open the door to a formula to break bad habits, replace the bad habits with successful new habits and implement the change with a three step action plan or other formula.
Google It: There are many formulas for breaking bad habits. Here is one: 1. Identify your triggers. 2. Is the reward worth it (consequence of bad habit). 3. Find a more rewarding reward. It usually takes approximately 21 days to instill a new habit that replaces a bad habit. Reality suggests that replacing a bad habit takes a certain mindset. Developing the mindset may be as important as half-hearted attempts to change a habit. You will find many other “formulas” to break bad habits. The most important factor is the firm decision to make it happen. Stop: You could easily speed through the formula to break bad habits without thinking. Identify, Evaluate, Decide. Stick to your decision.
If you keep doing what you’ve always done,
you’ll keep getting what you’ve always had.
Support Someone First to Earn the Right
to Ask Them to Support You
This is a pretty basic principle at Chimorel. The members who are most successful in our Cooperative Effort Program reach out to support others first. This is a paradigm shift for many people. It is tough to think of others first. When you are able to make this paradigm shift, however,
It works !!!
How Will You Make Your Ten Hr/Mo Investment? We expect each Active member to invest a minimum of ten hours each month supporting others, building Chimorel and strengthening their business. In exchange other Active members will support building your business or nonprofit organization.

Attendance & Invitations: When meetings are held in your area, you can attend meetings, meet good people and learn from our great speakers. At these meetings you can ask others how you can support them, now your real investment begins and your opportunities to earn a 100% return on your investment increase.
When meetings are not being held in your community, you and three other Coordinators can take the steps to organize meetings in your area. Prior to that time you can participate in on-line activities, meet people and take steps to create the momentum to make meetings happen in your area.
You can invite at least ten people to meetings and make sure at least five of them actually attend. When you step up your invitations to say ten per week and provide feedback about your activity you can use this extra effort to pay for services at our higher levels.
Collecting Business Cards & Developing Databases: You can collect business cards and send them to Contact Us. We will enter these cards into a database and send you an Excel spreadsheet. At first this service is free. If you contact these people, invite them to meetings and provide feedback the service may continue to be free a little longer. As others enter information into a database and make contacts for you, there will be a charge to continue the service.
If you become a monthly Business Client, one of your options is to get 200 targeted leads. These leads will come from a database we will develop on your behalf. Leads can come from a variety of sources we will discuss when you are ready.
Identifying Target Markets: Before you can make sales you really must know who your customers are. In marketing parlance this is called identifying target markets. At Chimorel we call it making a list.
Be very careful to narrow your target/list down to real prospects. You can spend an awful lot of time chasing suspects and never make a sale. Once we get past getting to know each other in your goal setting interviews, we will begin to focus on how to clearly identify your target market and develop ways to have the best prospects bubble up to the top.
Giving & Getting Referrals, Brainstorming: Yes, we really do expect each Active member to invest a minimum of ten hours each month Supporting others and building Chimorel. And, we really will support building your business or nonprofit organization in return.
The best way to get a referral is to give a referral. Before you give a referral get to know the other person well enough to really understand what kind of referral is a good referral for them. You can get to know people better at our meetings and on-line. After you give a referral, expect to get feedback about the results. You now have earned the right to ask for a referral in return. As your contact base expands, this will become easier and easier.
If you are struggling, ask several other Active members to brainstorm ways to improve your efforts. On a limited basis at meetings this is another service that is part of your being an Active member. If you need to get into an in depth brainstorming activity, we will set this up for you. The minimum fee is $250. Of course, you can brainstorm solutions with someone else and when you are part of a brainstorming team you can be paid for your efforts.
Affiliate Relationships: If you would like to be paid for making referrals, develop affiliate relationships with other members of our Cooperative Effort Program.
If you are willing to pay for referrals others make to you, develop affiliate relationships with other members of our Cooperative Effort Program.
Obtain and Study Books About Marketing: Chimorel has an on-line merchant in our shopping mall where you can buy books at discounted prices: Albris.
