  The information that follows is intended only for accredited investors. Please see the definition of an Accredited Investor below.

An Investment Description which provides full disclosure will be provided to an Accredited Investor who enters into a preliminary subscription affirming they are an Accredited Investor.
      If you are not an Accredited Investor and you continue, you do so only because you are curious. You will not be able to invest with Chimorel at this point. 

            An Accredited Investor has a net worth of $1 million and/or an annual income of $200,000, plus sufficient investment experience to be able to analyze the risk involved. Other Accredited investors are:

  • A principal or fiduciary of a bank as defined in section 2(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, or a savings and loan association or other institution defined in section 3(a)(5)(A) of the same Act.
  • A principal or fiduciary of a broker or dealer registered pursuant to section 15 of the Securities Act of 1934.
  • A principal or fiduciary of a trust with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring the securities offered as described in Rule 506(b)(2)(ii) of Regulation D.
  • A principal or fiduciary of an insurance company as defined in section 2(13) of the Securities Act of 1933.
  • A principal or fiduciary of an investment company as defined in Section 202(a)(22) and registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 or a business development company as defined in section 2(a)(48) of that Act.
  • A principal or fiduciary of a Small Business Investment Company licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration under section 301(c) or (d) of the Small Business Investment Act of 1959.
  • A principal or fiduciary of a plan or entity established and maintained by a state; its political subdivisions, or any agency or instrumentality of a state or its political subdivisions, for the benefit of its employees, if such plan or entity has total assets in excess of $5 million.

       Once again, an Accredited Investor has a net worth of $1 million and/or an annual income of $200,000, plus sufficient investment experience to be able to analyze the risk involved.       Investors for the near future are likely to invest in Chimorel Group LLC. This entity may make investments in a wide variety of property as described under the Realtor section of the Property Acquisition program.  It has already made investments in Chimorel Development LLC, which acquires and develops property with two other partners. These partners sold the farm which is becoming the Chimorel Sanctuary to us.
