Chimorel Services Inc and Chimorel Group LLC work together to make the world a little better. Services is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit. Group is a for profit entity which donates its profits to Services. The intention is to keep for profit and nonprofit activities separate. You can learn more about this in our free Success Journey.

The Chimorel group is a loosely knit group formed to support Chimorel Services Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Chimorel Group LLC is a for profit organization. Warren Goodenow is Chimorel Services Executive Director and Chimorel Group’s Director. These are the current members of the Chimorel group.
Funds from Chimorel Group support Chimorel Services’s nonprofit activities. Nonprofit activities are kept separate from for profit activities in order to meet IRS standards to avoid Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT). The profit and nonprofit activities are collectively referred to as Chimorel or the Chimorel group. Notice the small g in group.
